The 2nd particle of the construction (المضاف إليه) is a noun, where it should be [Allah] (لفظ الجلالة الله), or one of Allah's attributes, etc., So it becomes "usabbiHu llaaha subHaan (a)" or "usabbiHu subHaana llaah (a)". SubHaan and Allaah being in manSuub. Literal translation in English: "I glorify God with glory".
